TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This competition is open for entry between Sunday 1st January 2017 and Wednesday 31st May 2017 for persons who enter into any of the events which take place between those dates at Allens Hill Livery and Competition Centre

2. Entrants must complete in full the designated entry form obtainable from www.gandtsaddles.com or www.allenshill.co.uk. Entry forms also available from the secretary’s office at Allens Hill

3. Entries must be received by Allens Hill on or before Wednesday 31st May addressed as follows:

4. Entries may be handed into the secretary’s office at Allens Hill

5. Entries received after Wednesday 31st May will not be accepted

6. To enter the competition, it is necessary to enter any class held at Allens Hill between 1st January 2017 and 31st May 2017

7. Only one entry per competitor will be accepted

8. Your class entry will be validated by Allens Hill

9. For entry in the competition to be valid, entrants must enter and participate in the class

10. The prize for this competition is a saddle in the range stocked by G&T Saddles up to and not exceeding the value of £1800

11. The prize may be chosen from any saddle in the range, and for any disciple stocked by G&T Saddles which may be viewed on www.gandtsaddles.com

12. Saddles and brands not stocked by G&T Saddles are not available as a prize in this competition

13. The prize is to include the initial fitting of the saddle. Such initial fitting to be at a time and place convenient for both the winner and G&T Saddles

14. Any further adjustments, flocking and ongoing aftercare of the saddle will be charged at our standard rate

15. If the chosen saddle exceeds the value of £1800, the winner may pay the difference exceeding £1800

16. Saddles on offer from G&T Saddles start from £395 up to and in excess of £1800. G&T Saddles will not offer a cash substitute or cash balance if the chosen saddle is below the value of £1800

17. There will not be a cash alternative. The prize on offer is a saddle up to the value of £1800 only

18. No refund will be offered by G&T Saddles

19. Employees and relatives of Allens Hill or G&T Saddles are not eligible to enter the competition

20. By entering the competition the winner acknowledges the right to both G&T Saddles and Allens Hill to promote them through social media, websites and other forms of marketing

21. By entering the competition you agree that the rules, terms and conditions will be binding upon you

22. The winner will be notified by email, post or telephone on or before Friday 9th June

23. The winner will be announced at Allens Hill on Sunday 11th June

24. The winner must choose and arrange a fitting by Saturday 30th September 2017

25. If the winner does not come forward to claim their prize on or before 30th September G&T Saddles and Allens Hill reserve the right to choose another winner

26. Any saddle chosen by the winner is subject to confirmation by G&T Saddles that in their professional opinion, as saddle fitters, that it is of a good and correct fit for both horse and rider, and fit for purpose

27. G&T Saddles reserve the right to decline to provide the saddle chosen if in their professional opinion it is not a suitable fit for the horse or rider

28. In providing the winning saddle, the winner acknowledges that the standard conditions of G&T Saddles apply which may be viewed at www.gandtsaddles.com

29. The winner will be the person who, in the opinion of the judges, has put forward the most compelling, interesting or inspiring case for being deserving of a new saddle. The Proprietors of G&T Saddles and Allens Hill are the judges and their decision is final.
